Prices are affected by whether or not you order inside the European Union. Outside the EU you don’t pay VAT. Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are always your responsibility.
Placing an order
Easiest and actually the only way to place an order is using the webshop. In a normal situation our webshop will automatically detect your country by your IP address and the prices and currencies of the products and shipping options are changed accordingly. If you need to change the destination country please use the dropdown menu on the checkout page.
Unfortunately, adding stuff to your order after you have paid is not possible. If you need to add something to your previous order, please contact us as soon as possible via email info@mukikauppa.com.
Shipping
The shipping rates are shown in the shopping cart and in the checkout page once you have chosen the destination country. In reality the shipping is likely much more expensive than what you’ll be paying, but we’ll make up the difference.
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia: 2–4 business days (Posti Parcel Baltic)
- Sweden: 2–6 business days (Posti Parcel Connect)
- Europe: 2–9 business days (Posti / UPS)
- Rest of the world: 7–30 business days (UPS)

Payment
We offer payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and a wide range of Finnish, Baltic and Scandinavian banks and MobilePay.
All payments are charged in euros (€). All potential currency exchange fees and/or transaction fees that your bank may charge are your responsibility.

International returns and refunds
You can return any item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Please include a note in the package with your contact information and other details about your return, for example print your receipt and mark the returned products by circling the product number. Always inform us about your return by sending us email to
info@mukikauppa.com
You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
We’ll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
