Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight and size of the items. Exact shipping costs are calculated at the cart or at the checkout page when you add your delivery details. is operating only online so pick up is not possible. Our warehouse is located in Kuopio, Finland.

1. We have an incredible satisfaction policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your products and we’ll give you a full refund minus shipping.

2. We are professionals at packing fragile items. Your items will arrive safely and if anything happens during the delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We ship orders usually in 24 hours. Delivery time is usually 2–14 days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

When you preorder products (for example new Moomin mugs), all items are delivered at the same time right after the preorder product arrive to our warehouse.


For international customers we offer Visa, Mastercard and American Express at the moment. We are working hard to get more payment methods available for you.

At this time only Finnish customers can order via invoice. We’re looking for suitable options to our international customers.
