All our second-hand items are graded by the condition:

Labeled (Tarrallinen)
This product is unused has has a product label or sticker on it. It’s as good as a new one but it has at least one previous owner.

Like a new (Kuin uusi)
This product is like a new but it doesn’t have a sticker or a product label. There is no visible signs of use in the product.

Very good (Erinomainen)
This product is in a very good condition. The possible signs of use are very small, so the product has been used gently.

Good (Hyvä)
This product is in a good condition. It has been in regular use, so it shows some signs of been used.

Moderate (Kohtalainen)
The product is in a moderate condition. Signs of use are clearly visible here and there. This product has been in (heavy) use for years.
